About this website
This website gives information about Kawama Getaway, Unit E6 at Kawama Yacht Club in Key Largo, Florida, and the area around it.
Booking
You cannot book or pay on this website. Stays are booked through Airbnb or Vrbo. A stay booked on one of those platforms is governed by that platform’s terms and by the house rules, prices and cancellation policy shown on our listing there.
Any direct stay is arranged personally with the owners, for people we know, and is confirmed in writing.
House rules
- Up to 6 guests.
- Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM.
- No pets, no smoking, and no parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests must also follow the Kawama Yacht Club community rules. These include ending evening gatherings by midnight, no fishing in the lagoon (fishing in the ocean is fine), no fireworks, and the pool and parking rules. The main ones are listed in our Key Largo guide. If the rules on your Airbnb or Vrbo listing differ from this page, the listing applies.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep this site accurate, but details can change. Community amenities, pool and court hours, and HOA rules are set by Kawama Yacht Club. Restaurants, tours and other businesses in our guide are run by others and may change their hours, prices or services. Please check with them before you go. If anything on this site conflicts with your booking confirmation, the confirmation applies.
